We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Specialist Procurement Support (Supplier Onboarding & Catalogue) to join our newly established Global Procurement Support & Compliance team, as part of the Global Procurement Centre of Excellence. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a finance professional to shape the procurement strategy of a global organization, while working with senior stakeholders in a dynamic, data-driven environment.
Job Responsibility:
Manage the end-to-end supplier onboarding process
Collaborate with suppliers to guide them through onboarding requirements
Maintain accurate and up-to-date supplier records
Validate and ensure compliance with legal, financial, and regulatory standards
Create, maintain, and manage digital procurement catalogues
Validate and standardize product and service details
Drive catalogue efficiency by eliminating redundancies
Work with IT and procurement teams to improve catalogue interfaces
Implement catalogue automation and classification systems
Collaborate with suppliers to onboard them into the catalogue system
Ensure service-level agreements (SLAs) for catalogued items
Monitor supplier performance through KPIs
Proactively resolve supplier disputes, delivery issues, or pricing inaccuracies
Ensure suppliers meet all compliance requirements
Conduct risk assessments for new suppliers
Partner with legal and compliance teams to address supplier queries
Act as the primary point of contact between suppliers and internal teams
Partner with procurement, finance, and IT teams
Provide guidance and support to stakeholders
Identify opportunities to enhance catalogue processes
Benchmark industry best practices
Work with IT teams to implement system upgrades
Track and report key metrics related to supplier onboarding
Analyze onboarding data to identify trends
Generate reports for management
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Analyze catalogue usage trends
Generate detailed reports on cost savings
Utilize data-driven insights to recommend changes
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field
Professional certifications like CPSM, CIPS, or PMP are highly desirable
2-4 years of experience in procurement, supplier management, or supply chain operations
Proven experience in supplier onboarding and maintaining compliance in a global environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Hands-on experience with supplier onboarding tools and e-procurement platforms (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle)
Proficiency in data management and analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
Knowledge of ERP systems and supplier workflows
Familiarity with global supplier compliance standards, risk management, and regulatory requirements
Understanding of procurement best practices and supplier lifecycle management
Nice to have:
Professional certifications like CPSM, CIPS, or PMP
Familiarity with procurement regulations, compliance standards, and global sourcing practices
