We are looking for a Sales Enablement & CRM Specialist to optimize how our sales teams use Salesforce to drive pre-sales efficiency, customer insights, and commercial success across Europe. This role is part of the Commercial Enablement team, which works across 9 business units to enhance sales performance by developing strategies, resources, and training programs that help teams achieve their goals and drive commercial excellence.

Maximize Best Practice Sharing
Support Salesforce Training Excellence
Align for Commercial Efficiency
Requirements:
3+ Experience in Salesforce CRM, Sales enablement or Business analytics
3+ years of higher education in Business, Social Studies, or another relevant field
Strong understanding of sales processes, pre-sales workflows, and CRM adoption strategies
Ability to train, influence, and drive CRM best practices within a commercial team
Excellent communication skills in English (Scandinavian language a plus)
Nice to have:
Knowledge of Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud, Pardot, or eMobility/EV solutions
Experience in B2B sales processes, order fulfillment, or digital product management
