The Sr Account Executive, Ecosystem Partners is responsible for managing and developing relationships with key Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) and distribution partners to drive revenue growth. This role will ensure T-Mobile products and services are offered through these distribution channels. They will collaborate with external partners and internal teams such as marketing to develop and implement tactics such as lead generation, training, and sales programs. The Sr. Account Executive will maintain ongoing account management to meet sales targets and maintain customer satisfaction. In addition to sales, they also manage and maintain operational excellence through commissions, invoicing, and sales reporting.
Job Responsibility:
Establish growth framework to drive T-Mobile sell-with solutions activations/revenue growth with identified OEM and distribution partners
Coordinates and optimizes the go-to-market plans of the key OEM’s, utilizing all appropriate channels
Communicate targeted OEM go to market programs back through both Indirect Channel and direct TFB segment sales teams
Achieve growth targets for the assigned OEMs
Accountability for commission accuracy, sales reporting, and data analytics for the assigned OEMs
Partner with internal operations teams to construct communication flows, programs, co-op, and team coordination
Stay abreast of client and industry landscape, challenges and problem statements for the industry, unique products, and solutions, and collaborate as an expert with leadership and delivery teams to strategize current and long-term solutions
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree
7-10 years Strategic operations, sales, and/or business development experience in a sales and/or wireless organization
7-10 years Selling into and/or through key industry partner clients
Strong, proven negotiation skills
Analytical, planning and decision making
