Job Description:

Join T-Mobile’s CRM & NBA Reporting & Measurement team as a Sr Analyst specializing in business analysis and advanced reporting tools. Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights for CRM strategies and Next Best Action initiatives.

Job Responsibility:

Develop, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries to extract and analyze CRM and NBA data
Design, build, and refine dashboards and reporting solutions
Partner with senior leadership and stakeholders to understand business needs
Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes using Python for automation
Serve as a technical and analytical resource by sharing best practices in SQL and data analysis

Requirements:

HS diploma/GED required
Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum of 2+ years in a Business Analysis or Reporting Analysis role
Demonstrated expertise in crafting and optimizing complex SQL queries
Experience with Python for data analysis and automation
Proficiency in the MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential
Strong analytical abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
