Job Description:

As a Senior Analyst in the OTC team, you will take on a leadership role within the assigned OTC department, leveraging expertise in key operational areas such as AR/AP/FP&A/Accounting. You will work with minimal supervision to develop business metrics, lead high-visibility initiatives, and drive operational improvements. This role requires strong analytical, program management, and change management skills to support strategic decision-making and optimize financial outcomes.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead efforts to meet or exceed defined KPIs for the OTC department
  • define, assess, and track business and operational metrics, ensuring alignment with objectives
  • drive business case development, challenge assumptions, and provide insights on performance trends
  • build and maintain strategic partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
  • identify and implement opportunities for improved cash flow, margin optimization, and productivity gains
  • manage and resolve operational escalations, performing in-depth root cause analysis and executing long-term solutions

Requirements:

  • Expertise in OTC operations, with the ability to work independently
  • advanced problem-solving skills with a strategic approach to operational challenges
  • strong financial modeling, forecasting, and data analytics capabilities
  • experience leading process improvement initiatives and driving measurable results
  • ability to present insights and recommendations to senior leadership
  • bachelor's Degree Finance or accounting
  • 7+ years of experience in shared services, finance, or a related analytical role
  • 7+ years of experience applying financial performance indicators (KPIs) in analyses
  • 7+ years of experience leading continuous improvement projects with quantifiable results
  • proven experience in delivering business insights through forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
  • at least 18 years of age
  • legally authorized to work in the United States
