Job Description:

The Sr Analyst, Supply Chain at T-Mobile plays a vital role in enhancing supply chain processes to optimize cost, quality, compliance, and customer experience. The role requires tackling complex supply chain functions such as planning, fulfillment, vendor management, and logistics while employing root-cause analysis for operational efficiency. It includes collaboration with stakeholders and executing large-scale projects to improve cost savings and operational efficiencies in alignment with corporate objectives.

Job Responsibility:

Enhances supply chain processes to optimize cost, quality, compliance, and customer experience in alignment with corporate objectives
Tackles complex challenges across various supply chain functions including planning, fulfillment, operations, vendor management, and logistics
Employs problem-solving techniques like root-cause analysis to identify potential issues, mitigate risk and ensure operational excellence
Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to ensure cohesive strategies are implemented to address operational issues
Stays abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes that could impact the business and uses best practices to implement continuous improvement and execute large-scale projects.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or Industrial Management
2-4 years experience in supply chain management focusing on one or more functional areas such as planning, fulfillment, vendor performance and operations
Strategic Thinking - Ability to apply experience, reasoning, and logic to new or unfamiliar ideas or situations and provide an unbiased analysis
Problem Solving - Uses an orderly approach to assess the situation, identify alternatives, understand implications, and determine the best solution to complex problems and opportunities
Communication - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to create effective presentations and effectively describe business capability needs so that technical resources can translate into solution requirements
Innovation - Challenges the status quo and provides alternate perspectives to support balanced decision-making
Social Influence - Applies a proven approach and well-thought-out plan to socialize, gain alignment, and support necessary to deliver positive business outcomes.

Nice to have:

2-4 years experience in collaborating across teams building cross-functional relationships
2-4 years experience in supporting large-scale projects aimed at cost savings and improving operational efficiencies
Change Management - Training in and experience applying one or more change management methodologies
Project Management - Ability to manage processes and coordinate deliverables on projects
Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) Certification from APICS that validates expertise in supply chain management and operations
Supply Chain Management (CPIM) Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM): Certification that demonstrates knowledge in production and inventory management
Six Sigma Certification: Certification indicating proficiency in using Six Sigma methodologies to improve operational efficiency and quality.
