Job Description:

Circle K Data Governance Platforms department seeks an experienced senior business Analyst with excellent Business, Systems, and Data analysis experience. The candidate must be proficient in data governance and management methodology and practices. Familiar with Data Governance tools such as Master Data Management, Metadata Management, and Data Quality (TIBCO EBX and Informatica.) Familiarity with data analytics tools (DataBricks, PowerBI). The candidate is expected to work with stakeholders, be proficient in business requirements gathering and analysis, build functional requirements, collect/improve business/systems processes, and develop solutions that address business needs.

Job Responsibility:

Analyze business processes: Document and analyze current processes and identify areas for improvement
Develop new solutions: Recommend new systems, software, and upgrades
Implement new systems: Ensure the successful implementation of new systems and processes
Analyze data: Analyze business data
Develop reports: Create reports to help managers make better decisions
Manage projects: Lead and participate in multiple projects, including managing project scope and schedules
Manage relationships: Manage stakeholders' and colleagues’ relationships
Identify risks: Identify and address operational, financial, and technological risks

Requirements:

5 years of experience in Data Governance and Management
5 years of experience in SQL
5 years of experience in DataBricks
5 years of experience in Data Governance tools
5 years of experience in presenting and explaining complex analytical findings to nonanalytical peers and business leaders

Nice to have:

Familiarity with Data Governance tools such as Master Data Management, Metadata Management, and Data Quality (e.g., TIBCO EBX, Informatica)
Familiarity with data analytics tools (e.g., DataBricks, PowerBI)
Great analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
Presentation and communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Adaptable and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with the convenience store and fuel retail industries
