Job Description:

This role involves a broad spectrum of responsibilities, ranging from data analysis and requirements gathering to technical documentation and cross-functional collaboration.

Job Responsibility:

Engage in the accurate and efficient analysis of business and technical requirements, ensuring their clear documentation and creation of acceptance criteria
Collaborate effectively with project managers, product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to guarantee comprehensive understanding and delivery of requirements
Participate in the design, testing, and deployment of technical solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams
Maintain detailed technical documentation, including functional requirements, use cases, and process flows
Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress
Support the delivery of training sessions and aid in user adoption of new systems
Identify and document risks and issues related to technical solutions, collaborating with the project team on mitigation strategies
Utilize SQL to write complex queries and analyze large data sets

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in the role of a Business Analyst or similar capacity
Proficiency in Atlassian Jira
Experience with CRM systems
Ability to perform Gap Analysis
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
Experience in AB Testing
Knowledge of Agile Scrum methodology
Understanding of Business Process Functions
Ability to create a comprehensive Business Requirement Document
Experience in Claim Administration
Must possess SQL skills
Familiarity with JIRA
QA - Quality Assurance skills
Experience in QA Testing
Knowledge of Agile Software Development methodology
Experience in Software Development
Understanding of SDLC - Software Development Life Cycle
