Job Responsibility:
Provide day to day engineering support during weekdays and weekends to manufacturing areas
Provide technical guidance to other engineering staff
Provide analysis of plant manufacturing capacity
Process optimization and automation
MIP identification and implementation
Process validation planning and execution using lean manufacturing techniques
Initiates new or revisions of protocols and operating instructions
Perform NCR/CAPA investigations and tasks
Manage and execute change control activities related to equipment
Design, installation and start-up of new equipment and systems
Perform technical trouble shooting and implement problem resolution for existing and new equipment and systems
Coordinate with cross-functional teams on projects
Design and build and lead installation of controls systems to support automation projects
Requirements:
BS in Engineering required (Electrical, Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering preferred)
5 or more years of demonstrated ability in a similar role
Experience in a regulated industry is a plus
Proven understanding of machine design, AutoCAD, and PLC Programming, troubleshooting and project management required
5+ years Allen Bradly & Rockwell PLC experience Servo control systems (Rockwell, Allen Bradley and Yaskawa)
Ability to read and write electrical schematics
Hands on mechanical skill set is a plus
AutoCad and Solid Edge drafting skills is a plus
