Job Description:

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Sr Credit & Collections Analyst to join our team in Melbourne, Florida. In this role, you will be involved in managing and overseeing credit and collections processes within the industry.

Job Responsibility:

Accurately process and approve credit applications
Manage and maintain accurate customer credit records
Effectively address and resolve customer inquiries related to credit and collections
Monitor customer accounts to ensure proper action is taken for past due accounts
Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve any issues related to customer collections
Release sales orders on credit hold after thorough review
Contribute to administrative tasks and ad hoc projects as required
Assist in the streamlining of accounts receivable processes
Handle the collection of maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) business
Contribute to the resolution of customer disputes and the improvement of AR aging

Requirements:

Minimum of three years of experience in a similar role as a Senior Credit & Collections Analyst
Proficiency in approving credit
Experience in handling credit applications and determining credit limits
Demonstrable skill in managing Accounts Receivable (AR)
Experience in billing collection
Strong background in commercial collections
Strong analytical skills and ability to make sound decisions
Good communication skills and the ability to negotiate effectively
Ability to work independently and in a team
Strong proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications and any other related software
