The Senior Strategy & Planning Manager in the IT organization plays a crucial role in directing the strategic path for IT services and systems. Responsible for crafting and executing strategic roadmaps, managing analysis tasks, and leading cost-efficiency programs. Job Responsibility:
Articulate complex IT strategies and technological innovations clearly and concisely for an executive audience
Lead and manage change initiatives within large organizations
Develop and execute change management strategies to support organizational transformation and cultural shifts
Support the Senior IT Business Operations organization with comprehensive insights into technological trends
Aid in the formulation of the company’s IT strategic plans
Utilize business intelligence tools and techniques to gather data from various sources
Prepare and present data-driven analysis and strategies to senior management
Foster collaboration across IT, HR, and Enterprise teams
Oversee and ensure the timely execution of IT projects and initiatives.
Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communicator with a keen eye for detail, capable of articulating vision, strategies, ideas, and complex concepts clearly and concisely
Proficient in business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau) with a strong ability to analyze and interpret complex data
Exceptional project manager who knows how to bring structure and clarity to situations where direction is limited
Proactive problem solver who can break ambiguous problems down into manageable components
Natural hustler with a contagious 'can-do' attitude
Team player adept at working with others across functions and building strong relationships
Education: Bachelor's Degree required
Master's or Advanced Degree preferred
Experience: 7-10 years in IT Operations, Strategy, Analytics, or Consulting
Experience with business intelligence tools and data analysis
Proven experience leading change management initiatives in large organizations
