Job Description:

Permanent engineering job focused on tool development and manufacturing processes, including raw material planning, pre-machining, documentation, and process trials.

Job Responsibility:

Responsible for follow up of New Tool development in In-house/Supplier End
Raw material planning for New tool manufacturing against the Mold standards and ensure to maintain the RM Inventory
Plan for pre-machining activity in conventional and preparing drawings for Pre-machining
Follow up with Heat treatment supplier for inserts & ensure the lead time
Ensure all individual elements before & after inspection report documented
Ensure the final matching as per drawing and assembly dimension inspection report documented
Handover the mold to process trials with all the inspection report, accessories & handover checklist as per APQP plan
Adhering the plan vs actual of Tool manufacturing and on time of delivery of Molds as per APQP plan
To be a part of Process T0 trials and rectifying the issues based on trial feedback and handover for subsequent trials
To guide the operators on Mold rectification and ensuring First time right of product
To maintain all Master Record of tool manufacturing, heat treatment, test certificates, Trial reports & Product report
To maintain & Keep Records for all under development Sample /Master Samples
To Maintained Department KPI & IATF Documentation as per IATF Guidelines

Requirements:
