The Sr. Product Operations Manager plays a key role in driving business planning, team governance, and employee engagement to ensure smooth operations and strategic alignment. This role is responsible for developing and driving governance frameworks, handling cross-functional planning processes, and creating engagement initiatives that develop a strong team culture. By analyzing business performance and building strategic models, they provide data-driven insights to support decision-making and drive operational efficiency. They also lead communication efforts, ensuring clarity and alignment across teams. Ultimately, this role exists to streamline operations, enhance collaboration, and support leadership in making informed, strategic decisions.
Job Responsibility:
Creating and monitoring success measures and employee accountability standards
Communicating product/service performance to product managers and other Enterprise functions
Monitoring product performance data for trends and providing regular reports
Making recommendations to maintain product health, reliability and supportability
Leading cross-functional identification, investigation and resolution of technical issues
Performing in-depth analysis of device/network data
Setting the appropriate level of urgency and managing cross-functional teams
Leading pilots and trials to test potential solutions
Initiating and driving cross-functional improvement programs
Defining expectations, success measures, go/no go criteria and rollout strategy
Auditing the solution and validating the desired customer experience
Working with prelaunch teams to verify solutions are implemented in future products/services
Requirements:
7-10 years Experience in technical or wireless industry
4-7 years Program leadership experience
4-7 years Experience of channel experience, direct channel support role or relevant experience with product/service delivery and support planning
4-7 years Product testing and validation experience
4-7 years Product Management or Vendor Management experience
4-7 years Channel experience or direct channel support role experience
