Job Description:

We are in search of a Sr Systems Engineer to join our team located in Woburn, Massachusetts. This opportunity is in the tech industry, where you will be accountable for the maintenance and support of diverse technology environments.

Job Responsibility:

Articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences leveraging your exceptional communication skills
Utilize your comprehensive understanding of operating systems, connectivity, security, and information management
Exhibit your advanced troubleshooting skills and knowledge
Leverage your in-depth expertise in the Microsoft cloud ecosystem, including Microsoft 365, EMS, Entra ID, Purview, Compliance, device management, Azure IaaS, Azure App Services, and web application firewalls
Apply your solid understanding of AI and CoPilot concepts
Utilize your experience with AWS and Google Cloud services to lead the transition from on-premise to cloud environments
Show your proficiency in identity services like Active Directory and Okta
Apply your hands-on experience with networking, firewalls, routing, and switching
Demonstrate your expertise in virtualization technologies such as VMware, Citrix, and Microsoft
Foster client relationships and collaborate effectively with team members using your strong interpersonal skills

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Systems Engineering role or similar
Proficient in Cloud Technologies, with a focus on Microsoft Azure and Hybrid Cloud solutions
Extensive experience with Active Directory and other Microsoft Technologies
Demonstrable knowledge and application of Virtualization Technology
Proven track record in client engagement, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Proactive self-starter with excellent organizational and project management skills
