Job Description:

The Sr. Accountant will be tasked with a multitude of responsibilities that revolve around the maintenance and analysis of financial statements, leading the optimization of financial software, and working with different teams to drive strategic initiatives.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee the preparation, analysis, and reconciliation of complex financial statements and reports, ensuring they comply with GAAP and our internal policies
Take charge of the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes, including managing journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and variance analyses
Implement and optimize ERP systems and financial software
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare budgets, forecasts, and ad hoc financial analyses
Oversee compliance with tax regulations, audits, and internal controls

Requirements:

Must hold the title of Sr. Accountant
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the accounting field
Proficiency in Account Reconciliation
Expertise in Balance Sheet Reconciliation
Experience in performing Bank Reconciliations
Knowledge in maintaining the General Ledger
Ability to prepare Journal Entries
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Experience in Month End Close procedures
