Job Description:

We are on the lookout for a meticulous Sr. Accountant to become part of our team. The Sr. Accountant will administer account reconciliation, balance sheet reconciliation, and bank reconciliations. This role will also involve handling the general ledger, journal entries, and using various software such as Microsoft Excel, NetSuite, Oracle, and SAP.

Job Responsibility:

Administer account reconciliation to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance
Conduct balance sheet reconciliations to confirm that transactions are accurately posted and accounted for
Perform bank reconciliations to verify the integrity of data between bank records and our internal accounts
Oversee the general ledger to ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met
Prepare and post journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
Utilize Microsoft Excel for data entry, data manipulation, and report generation
Participate in the month-end close process to ensure timely and accurate financial statements
Operate NetSuite, Oracle, and SAP software for various accounting tasks

Requirements:

Proficiency in Account Reconciliation
Required skills in Balance Sheet Reconciliation
Ability to perform Bank Reconciliations accurately
Extensive knowledge of General Ledger management
Proficiency in preparing and recording Journal Entries
Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for accounting tasks
Experience in Month End Close procedures
