Job Description:

We are in search of a Sr. Accountant to join our team in Lakewood Ranch, Florida location. In this role, you will be tasked with handling the financial details and tasks of our company with a high level of precision and organization.

Job Responsibility:

Carry out bank reconciliations to ensure financial integrity
Handle account reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial records
Perform month-end close activities in a timely and efficient manner
Engage in job cost accounting to track and manage project-related expenses
Conduct balance sheet reconciliation to verify the company's financial position
Prepare and post journal entries to maintain general ledger accuracy
Perform monthly variance analysis to identify and rectify any discrepancies

Requirements:

Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is mandatory
Must possess extensive knowledge and experience in Balance Sheet Reconciliation
Practical experience with Bank Reconciliations is required
Demonstrable expertise in managing General Ledger is essential
Proficiency in creating and managing Journal Entries is required
Must be adept with Microsoft Excel for accounting and financial tasks
Experience in Month End Close procedures is a must
