Job Description:

We are in search of a Sr. Accountant to join our team situated in Little Rock, Arkansas. The Sr. Accountant will be tasked with the responsibility of ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial records and transactions. The role involves maintaining and reconciling accounts, as well as managing general ledger entries. The salary range will be $80,000 - $90,000 DOE along with strong benefits, clear opportunity for long-term career growth, and a great team culture!

Job Responsibility:

Oversee and manage the process of account reconciliation to ensure financial accuracy
Execute balance sheet reconciliations to maintain the integrity of financial data
Handle bank reconciliations to monitor and control cash flow effectively
Manage the general ledger, ensuring all entries are accurate and up-to-date
Create and track journal entries for financial transactions
Utilize Microsoft Excel for data management and financial analysis
Oversee the month-end close process to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
Operate NetSuite, Oracle, and SAP for various accounting functions

Requirements:

Candidate must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in the field of accounting
Proficiency in account reconciliation is required
Adeptness in balance sheet reconciliation is a must
Experience in performing bank reconciliations is necessary
Familiarity with general ledger duties is required
Ability to make journal entries accurately and efficiently is mandatory
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is necessary
Experience with month-end close procedures is required
Knowledge of NetSuite software is a plus
Familiarity with Oracle financial software is beneficial
Experience with SAP software is advantageous
