Job Responsibility:
Oversee the preparation of monthly invoices for all billable projects
Conduct monthly meetings with the construction/project management team
Implement new projects in Job Cost and maintain relevant spreadsheets
Investigate project variances and prepare detailed variance reports
Generate government reports and tax returns related to construction projects
Manage the creation and approval of all project-related billings
Review project budgets
Ensure a steady cash flow by auditing, generating, and sending invoices promptly
