Job Description:

The role is central to our operations and involves a variety of accounting tasks, including processing transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with GAAP principles. The individual will be part of a team that supports the business functions of leading specialty healthcare practices across the United States.

Job Responsibility:

Verify, allocate, code, and post banking and credit card transactions to maintain accurate financial records
Compile accounting reports free from errors and present their results to relevant parties
Analyze and summarize financial status to provide a comprehensive understanding of the company's financial position
Identify errors in financial records and make appropriate corrections to ensure accuracy
Provide technical support related to accounting systems and banking portals to facilitate smooth operations
Gather all necessary documentation to support transactions and maintain organized records
Ensure all accounting practices are in compliance with GAAP principles to uphold financial integrity
Execute complex accruals and substantial intercompany accounting tasks to ensure accurate financial reporting

Requirements:

Must have at least 3 years of experience as an Accountant
Proficiency in Full Cycle Accounting is required
Need to be adept at Journal Entries
Account Reconciliation skills are essential
Must have experience in Balance Sheet Account Reconciliation
Familiarity with Bank Reconciliations is needed
Must be able to handle Invoice Approvals
Proficiency in Prepaid Expense management is required
Should have knowledge of Fixed Asset Depreciation
Familiarity with Fixed Asset Inventory is essential
Must be able to handle Month End Close processes
Proficiency in managing Accruals is necessary
