Job Description:

As a Sr. Accountant, you will play a crucial role in managing various financial, accounting, and operational services for our clients. This includes a wide range of tasks such as tax, investment, and accounting functions.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee cash management procedures
process and manage bi-weekly payroll
handle weekly accounts payable
maintain and update schedules of insurance policies, property taxes, active entities, and active accounts
collaborate on the month-end close process
utilize data analytics and automation tools
analyze large datasets
post daily cash or credit card transactions
process capital contributions and distributions
coordinate new investment funding
settle purchases and sales of publicly traded securities

Requirements:

Proficiency in Account Reconciliation
Balance Sheet Reconciliation skills
experience in Bank Reconciliations
knowledge of General Ledger
familiarity with Journal Entries
proficiency in Microsoft Excel
experience with Month End Close procedures
ability to use Excel Formulas
CPA certification
