Job Description:

We are in search of a diligent and autonomous Sr. Accountant to be a part of our team in the Service industry based out of Memphis, Tennessee. The Sr. Accountant will be entrusted with the responsibilities of managing payroll, benefits work, and various accounting tasks.

Job Responsibility:

Handling payroll operations
Managing benefits-related tasks
Conducting Account Reconciliation, Balance Sheet Reconciliation, and Bank Reconciliations
Maintaining and managing the General Ledger
Recording and maintaining Journal Entries
Proficient use of Microsoft Excel
Managing Month End Close operations
Working with NetSuite, Oracle, and SAP

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
Proficiency in Account Reconciliation
Ability to perform Balance Sheet Reconciliation effectively
Experience with Bank Reconciliations
Solid understanding of the General Ledger
Capability to handle Journal Entries accurately
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Experience with Month End Close processes
Knowledge of NetSuite is highly desirable
Familiarity with Oracle is a plus
Proficiency in SAP is beneficial
Experience in Payroll processing

Nice to have:

Knowledge of NetSuite
Familiarity with Oracle
Proficiency in SAP
