Job Description:

In this role, you will perform a variety of accounting tasks, including analyzing financial statements, coordinating audits, and providing support to the CFO. You'll also play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and contributing to the overall efficiency of our accounting operations.

Job Responsibility:

Analyze discrepancies in financial statements and take necessary action
Assist CFO in conducting semi-annual audits
Recommend strategies for cost reduction and revenue enhancement
Maintain accurate ledger by reconciling accounts on a monthly basis
Distribute financial duties among the accounting team
Prepare necessary documents for External Auditors
Monitor and maintain the accuracy of customer credit records
Process customer credit applications with high precision and efficiency
Take necessary actions based on customer account monitoring

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in an accounting role
Proficiency in accounting close process is mandatory
Familiarity with accounting software and business systems
Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making ability
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong ethical standards and high levels of integrity
