Job Description:

The role involves full cycle accounting tasks, overseeing system integrations, and working closely with IT consultants to optimize financial procedures. It also requires experience in inventory management, as the company operates in the clothing industry, distributing products nationwide.

Job Responsibility:

Undertake account and balance sheet reconciliations
Conduct bank reconciliations and maintain general ledger
Prepare and post journal entries
Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis and financial reporting
Conduct month-end close procedures
Operate NetSuite, Oracle, and SAP for various accounting functions
Ensure compliance with multi-state business licenses, SUTA, and property tax regulations
Independently solve problems and initiate solutions
Collaborate with IT consultants to streamline financial processes
Manage inventory accounting within the clothing industry

Requirements:

Demonstrated proficiency in Account Reconciliation
Extensive experience in Balance Sheet Reconciliation
Solid understanding of Bank Reconciliations
Proficiency in maintaining and updating General Ledger
Ability to prepare and review Journal Entries
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
Experience in performing Month End Close activities
Familiarity with NetSuite software a plus
