Job Description:

We are seeking a Sr. Accountant to join our team, where you will be responsible for various accounting functions including account reconciliations, maintaining the general ledger, and handling journal entries.

Job Responsibility:

Efficiently handle account reconciliations
Conduct balance sheet reconciliations
Oversee bank reconciliations
Manage the general ledger
Prepare journal entries
Utilize Microsoft Excel for data entry and analysis tasks
Ensure timely month-end close processes
Operate Sage Accounting Software and QuickBooks

Requirements:

Proficiency in Account Reconciliation
Ability to perform Balance Sheet Reconciliation accurately
Experience with Bank Reconciliations
Familiarity with the General Ledger management
Capability to prepare Journal Entries
Proficient in Microsoft Excel usage
Experience in Month End Close procedures
Knowledge of Sage Accounting Software
Proficiency with QuickBooks
