Job Description:

We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Sr. Business Analyst in Tampa, Florida. In this role, you will be a key player in the integration of new API systems with various vendors, focusing on specific software integrations. You will also be utilizing JIRA in a customized environment to manage project tasks and workflows. Your role will also include developing workflow documentation and visual presentations using Vizio and collaborating with a project team that operates on Monday.com, with significant use of Project for planning and tracking.

Job Responsibility:

Lead the integration process of new API systems with various vendors
Utilize Atlassian Jira in a bespoke environment to manage and oversee project tasks and workflows
Mentor your team of Business Analysts
Create detailed workflow documentation and visual presentations utilizing Vizio
Collaborate with the project team, promoting efficient use of Monday.com and Project for planning and tracking purposes
Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of system integrations
Use your knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies to drive the project forward
Oversee the management of customer credit applications and maintain accurate customer credit records
Resolve any customer inquiries and monitor customer accounts, taking appropriate action when necessary

Requirements:

Proficiency in Atlassian Jira
Experience with CRM systems
Strong skills in database management and data interpretation
Familiarity with AB Testing methods
Expertise in Agile Scrum methodologies
Understanding of Business Process Functions
Ability to create and manage Business Requirement Documents
Experience in Claim Administration
Proficiency in Microsoft Project
Knowledge of API management
Familiarity with API specifications
