Job Description:

As a key player in the healthcare industry, you will be instrumental in managing collection activities, evaluating delinquent accounts, and representing accounts in Conciliation court.

Job Responsibility:

Manage collection activities with an aim to resolve outstanding balances prior to court action
Evaluate and determine which delinquent account files should be taken to court
Assist attorneys in resolving account issues
Maintain a comprehensive inventory of debtor accounts
Prepare and handle all necessary documents and accounts prior to court, including legal and finance documents
Arrange for the delivery of legal correspondences and handle court fees
Meet with consumers in court (or virtually) with an aim to resolve outstanding balances prior to court
Adhere to court decorum, policies, and procedures and maintain relationships with court employees
Handle all incoming documents related to court cases, monitor court judgements for compliance, and file additional paperwork with the court as needed
Prepare judgments to be forwarded to outside attorneys

Requirements:

Deep knowledge and understanding of the HealthCare Industry
Proficiency in handling HealthCare Claims
Ability to manage Rejected Claims and Resolve Claims efficiently
Experience with Medicaid Claims
Expertise in handling Medical Claims
Knowledge and experience with Medicare Claims
Ability to conduct Claims Audits
Readiness for Court Appearances related to claims
Understanding of the process and preparation for Court Hearings
Familiarity with the procedures and requirements of Courts - Small Claims
