The Sr. Creative Services Project Manager will manage Creative Services projects to help customers optimize their ad and marketing spend through 6sense. Projects can encompass ad-building (social and display), ad campaign launch and optimization, and consultation (creative and strategic). Oversee successful delivery of Creative Services projects, working cross-functionally with designers, other project managers, and the audience strategy team to coordinate workflow and manage deadlines. Serve as customer liaison, communicating regularly to stay on top of requests and address challenges. Launch, monitor, optimize, and report on customer display and social ad campaigns, providing feedback rooted in best practices. Provide consultative support across the customer base, addressing advertising and marketing questions and offering targeted optimization feedback. Stay up to date on latest advertising features and trends, as well as the account-based marketing and broader competitive landscape. Attend and participate in prospect calls by addressing questions about Creative Services offerings and available areas of support. Help develop customer-facing advertising and marketing best practices and resources. Write audience-aligned copy for display and/or LinkedIn ads and other customer content, in addition to internal resources.

Requirements:
7+ years of editorial, marketing, and/or advertising experience
BA in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or other relevant field
Superior organizational skills, with proven ability to deliver high-quality work on deadline
Exemplary communication skills, with both internal teams and clients
Strong understanding of marketing and advertising industry (bonus if you know ABM)
Familiarity with project management tools like Asana and creative tools like Adobe
Solid grasp on design and copywriting best practices
Writing and editing acumen (as needed/preferred)
