Job Description:

As a Sr. Customer Service Representative, you will be playing a crucial role in managing customer interactions, tracking project statuses, and ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of customer orders.

Job Responsibility:

Efficiently manage customer communication via inbound and outbound calls and emails
Accurately enter and process customer orders into our system, ensuring meticulous attention to detail
Ensure customers are regularly updated on the status of their projects and delivery schedules
Work closely with production and logistics teams to prioritize and expedite orders when required
Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally, demonstrating empathy and resolution skills
Maintain well-organized and comprehensive records of all customer interactions and transactions
Adhere to company policies and procedures while delivering exceptional customer service

Requirements:

Proficiency in CRM systems for managing customer interactions - 5+ years of experience in customer service (manufacturing experience preferred)
Strong capabilities in data processing to facilitate operational efficiency
Experience with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems to manage business processes
Ability to handle answering inbound calls professionally and efficiently
Experience in performing billing functions with accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent written communication skills for handling email communications
Proven track record in assisting customers effectively and resolving their issues
Strong customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Ability to manage delivery schedules to ensure timely delivery of products or services

Nice to have:

Manufacturing experience preferred
