Job Description:

The role operates within the tech industry, with a focus on managing and improving desktop support systems. The workplace encourages a collaborative environment where the Sr. Desktop Engineer will play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing our systems.

Job Responsibility:

Administering EO/IR systems
Developing and maintaining Microsoft Active Directory
Managing and troubleshooting Citrix Technologies
Handling Dell Technologies
Assisting in the deployment of Mac Computers
Creating and managing SQL Queries
Using Microsoft Power BI and Tableau to create dashboards and reports
Overseeing asset tagging and inventory
Utilizing Intune for mobile device management, application management, and PC management capabilities in the cloud

Requirements:

At least three years of relevant work experience as a Sr. Desktop Engineer
Proficiency in SQL Queries
Demonstrated knowledge and use of Microsoft Power BI
Experience in Tableau
Capability to create informative and intuitive dashboards
Skill in creating detailed and accurate reports
