Job Description:

In this role, you will undertake a variety of tasks including financial reporting, analysis, forecasting, and budgeting. Collaborating with multiple teams, you will provide valuable insights, forecasts, and actionable recommendations that steer our strategic decision-making process.

Job Responsibility:

Carry out comprehensive financial analyses to back pivotal business decisions, inclusive of cost optimization, capital investments, and pricing strategies
Develop and sustain complex financial models that support strategic initiatives and operational decisions, with a focus on accuracy and scalability
Collaborate with various departments to set annual budgets, track performance, and analyze variances to ensure consistency in financial planning
Prepare and scrutinize monthly and quarterly financial reports to monitor company performance
Actively participate in ad-hoc financial analysis to address emerging business needs and opportunities

Requirements:

Proficient in business systems
Expertise in using Confluence
Familiarity with CRM platforms
Proficiency in Crystal Reports
Knowledge of data mining techniques
Experience with About Time software
Strong understanding of accounting functions
Experience in auditing procedures
Familiarity with budget processes
Knowledge in capital management
