Job Description:

We are on the lookout for a meticulous Sr. Financial Analyst to join our team in the manufacturing industry, based in Saint Paul, Minnesota. As a Sr. Financial Analyst, your duties will involve providing comprehensive financial reports, working closely with finance and business management and supporting the organization's growth through various analyses and projects.

Job Responsibility:

Delivering analytical support by developing and maintaining Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting
Conducting financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that influence company performance
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to evaluate the financial impact of business initiatives
Assisting in the preparation of presentations for senior management and stakeholders
Creating financial models to project the financial implications of capital projects, including ROI and cash flow impacts
Supporting the development of the annual budget and long-term financial plans
Analyzing cost structures and recommending cost-saving measures to enhance profitability
Preparing and presenting monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and stakeholders
Monitoring performance and identifying areas for improvement by developing KPIs for vital department metrics
Participating in ad hoc financial analysis and projects as required

Requirements:

Proficient in business systems and processes
Skilled in using Confluence for project management and collaboration
Strong knowledge of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems
Experience with Crystal Reports for effective business reporting
Familiarity with data mining techniques for strategic business analytics
Comfortable using 'About Time' software for efficient workflow management
Solid understanding of general accounting functions
Proven ability in auditing, with a strong attention to detail
Experience with budget processes, including planning, tracking, and reporting
Knowledge of capital management strategies and principles
