Job Description:

We are in search of a Sr. Financial Analyst to be a part of our Real Estate Development client located in the Galleria area of Houston, Texas. The person in this role will be tasked with analyzing financial data, maintaining financial models, and preparing reports for management. This role also involves communicating with leadership at various levels and assisting with financial evaluations of potential M& A opportunities.

Job Responsibility:

Carefully examine and analyze financial data to identify trends
Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models and dashboards
Prepare comprehensive reports for management based on financial data analysis
Communicate effectively with leadership at various levels, translating complex financial results into clear outcomes and calls-to-action
Conduct research on peer and related industry metrics for benchmark analysis
Assist in crafting presentations for the board of directors, credit rating agencies, potential investors, and recommendations to the Management Team
Support due diligence activities and assist in the financial evaluation of potential M& A opportunities
Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all financial planning applications and reporting channels
Use tools such as Microsoft Power BI to create and manage reporting dashboards
Apply skills in Auditing, Budget Processes, Capital Management, and Financial Modeling for various tasks

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar role in investment banking, corporate finance or big 4 public accounting
Proven skills in Auditing and Budget Processes
Demonstrable experience in Capital Management
Proficiency in using Microsoft Power BI
Ability to create and manage Reporting Dashboards
Strong skills in Financial Modeling
Experience in Forecasting & Modeling
Expertise in Investment Financial Modeling
Should be able to create dashboards for financial tracking and reporting
