Job Description:

This role involves collaborating with operations leaders, developing and maintaining financial models, preparing and analyzing financial reports, and conducting ad-hoc financial analysis. This position is within the industry and requires proficiency in business systems, Confluence, CRM, Crystal Reports, and data mining techniques, among other skills.

Job Responsibility:

Collaborate with operations leaders to collect data, comprehend P&L drivers, understand detailed working capital and cash flow requirements, and provide financial insights
Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and cash flow statements, including variance analysis and performance metrics
Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for senior management
Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support strategic initiatives and business decisions
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations for improvement
Drive the annual budget process, ensuring alignment with the long-term strategic plan and tracking performance throughout the year
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across financial systems and reports
Continuously improve financial processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Adapt to a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment, wearing multiple hats if needed and being a team player

Requirements:

Proficient understanding and experience with business systems
Familiarity with Confluence software
Proficiency in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems
Experience with Crystal Reports
Knowledge of data mining techniques
Proficiency in using About Time software
Comprehensive knowledge of accounting functions
Experience in auditing practices and procedures
Familiarity with budget processes
Understanding of capital management strategies
