Job Description:

As a Sr. Financial Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive financial analysis and regulatory support to our team. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of tasks, including processing financial data, ensuring regulatory compliance, and collaborating with multiple teams to maintain accuracy.

Job Responsibility:

Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to support business decision-making
Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions
Facilitate the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual regulatory filings
Perform account reconciliations and adjust journal entries as per U.S. GAAP requirements
Collaborate with various teams to ensure accuracy in financial filings
Assist in the development of tools and methodologies for streamlining regulatory filing processes
Handle ad hoc data requests from management and regulatory agencies
Record periodic financial data entries to the general ledger
Contribute to the preparation of annual SEC filings
Educate team members on consistent methodologies for regulatory filings

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years' experience in a financial analysis role
Proficient in Account Reconciliation
Demonstrable experience in Adjusting Journal Entries
Strong skills in Financial Analysis
Familiarity with Regulatory Filings is required
Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field is preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Knowledge of financial software systems is a plus
