Job Description:

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Financial Analyst based in Maryland. This role involves data analysis, creating reports and models, forecasting and budget processes, and financial metrics related to FP&A.

Job Responsibility:

Analyzing large sets of data through advanced Excel to drive financial insights
Implementing financial planning and analysis strategies to optimize budget processes
Working with business intelligence tools such as Power BI for data visualization and business insights
Conducting in-depth financial analysis to guide decision
Collaborating with different departments and senior leadership

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar role
Four-year degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
Competency in Budget Processes
Strong knowledge and experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
Proficiency in using Power BI for data analysis and visualization

Nice to have:

Highly motivated
Can work independently
Excels when needing to meet very high standards
