Job Description:

The position is integral to our operations, focusing on enhancing HR systems, improving processes, and providing valuable reporting.

Job Responsibility:

  • Undertake the enhancement and implementation of HR systems, ensuring smooth transitions for newly integrated businesses
  • Function as a subject matter expert on HRIS systems, with a particular emphasis on ADP Workforce Now
  • Drive HR reporting and analytics, converting data insights into actionable strategies
  • Establish standard operating procedures and document HR processes for end users
  • Work collaboratively with regional HR teams and executives to optimize workflows and resolve system issues
  • Guarantee an efficient onboarding process for new employees
  • Lead initiatives aimed at improving HR efficiency across multiple locations
  • Utilize ADP - Financial Services, ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, Ad Hoc Reporting, Auditing, Benefit Functions, Business Process Functions, Analysis Tools, Data Analysis, HRIS Analysis, Software Implementations for HR functions
  • Implement Change Management, Cross Functional Project Management, Total Rewards, HRIS Payroll System, Payroll Functions, Payroll software to improve HR operations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, Graduate preferred
  • 5+ years’ Human Resources Experience
  • Technical expertise, with the desire and ability to rapidly learn new systems
  • Expertise in Microsoft Suite tools (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, non-verbal, social)
  • A high level of emotional maturity and situational awareness
  • Supporting non-tradition complex org structures
  • Leveraging to technology to enhance HR processes through tools such as – ADP Workforce Now, iCIMS, with the ability to learn new technologies
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work with executives while also supporting multiple regions across the country
  • Strong analytical skills, with ability to build reports with actionable outputs to drive the business forward
  • Extrapolating measurable actions from processes, analyzing data to impact outcomes
