Job Description:

Robert Half HR Solutions is currently sourcing for a contract Sr. HR Manager for our client located in Covington, Georgia. This contract role will involve overseeing the HR operations of our organization, with a focus on benefits, payroll, and employee relations. This role is onsite 100% of the time in Covington.

Job Responsibility:

Managing and resolving employee relations issues in a timely and efficient manner
Overseeing the HR operations for an organization of approximately 400 employees
Ensuring compliance with labor laws across multiple states
Administering benefits and payroll processes
Utilizing ADP Workforce Now (ADPWFN) for HR management
Supervising a small team within the HR department
Implementing effective hiring processes to attract top talent
Reporting directly to the senior leadership
Working independently with minimal supervision
Utilizing strong communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of the organization

Requirements:

Minimum of 10 years of experience in a human resources role within the IT Services industry
Proven knowledge and experience with ADP Workforce Now software
Strong understanding of Human Capital Management (HCM)
Experience in managing benefit functions and ensuring their alignment with company objectives
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with all levels of the organization
Strong understanding of compliance regulations and standards in the IT Services industry
Proven track record in managing employee relations and fostering a positive work environment
Extensive experience in implementing and managing efficient hiring processes
