Job Responsibility:

  • Partnering with business leaders to execute the people agenda that supports business growth
  • Supporting our M&A people function throughout the acquisition life-cycle, with special focus on the integration phase
  • Proactively connect the dots, leveraging analytics and data to make strategic people decisions
  • Lead, execute and measure people outcomes and impact on business
  • Driving end-to-end delivery across a suite of people programs, combining strategic thinking with operational excellence
  • Well-versed in the end-to-end lifecycle of People from attracting, hiring, growing, managing, to off-boarding
  • Collaborate with COE Pod members to bring expertise to the business
  • engage proactively with the liaisons to spar and problem solve

Requirements:

  • Previous M&A experience
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to translate business strategy to people strategy
  • Proven track record of executing projects and programs - hands on and can also see the big picture
  • Ability to move quickly, juggle multiple work streams at once and solve problems across the team
  • Comfort working in complex, global environment with changing priorities and demonstrating the ability to lead change within that environment
  • Strong self-starter with a drive to create concrete and measurable impact
  • Expert ability to build relationships, earn trust, gain confidence and influence others to drive the business forward through people strategy
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders within an organization
