Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Partnering with business leaders to execute the people agenda that supports business growth
Supporting our M&A people function throughout the acquisition life-cycle, with special focus on the integration phase
Proactively connect the dots, leveraging analytics and data to make strategic people decisions
Lead, execute and measure people outcomes and impact on business
Driving end-to-end delivery across a suite of people programs, combining strategic thinking with operational excellence
Well-versed in the end-to-end lifecycle of People from attracting, hiring, growing, managing, to off-boarding
Collaborate with COE Pod members to bring expertise to the business
engage proactively with the liaisons to spar and problem solve

Requirements:

Previous M&A experience
Strong business acumen and the ability to translate business strategy to people strategy
Proven track record of executing projects and programs - hands on and can also see the big picture
Ability to move quickly, juggle multiple work streams at once and solve problems across the team
Comfort working in complex, global environment with changing priorities and demonstrating the ability to lead change within that environment
Strong self-starter with a drive to create concrete and measurable impact
Expert ability to build relationships, earn trust, gain confidence and influence others to drive the business forward through people strategy
Experience partnering with senior leaders within an organization
