Job Description:

This role focuses on evaluating, testing, and documenting IT controls and systems, as well as reporting audit findings.

Job Responsibility:

Conduct audits in accordance with established standards and best practices
Evaluate and document general IT controls and system application controls
Assess the adequacy and effectiveness of IT control measures
Review and analyze SOC reports
Communicate audit findings and recommendations to management
Perform special audits or reviews as requested
Utilize accounting software systems, audit programs, CaseWare, CCH ProSystem Fx, and CobiT for audit tasks
Participate in audit engagements and contribute to audit plan development
Assist with accounting functions as needed
Analyze audit findings to suggest process improvements

Requirements:

Proficiency in accounting software systems
Strong experience in audit program development and execution
Familiarity with CaseWare
Expertise in CCH ProSystem Fx software
In-depth understanding of the CobiT framework and its application in IT auditing
Solid knowledge of accounting functions
Proven ability to manage audit engagements effectively
Strong communication skills for presenting audit findings to stakeholders
Experience in IT auditing within specialized industries is preferred
Ability to develop and execute comprehensive audit plans
