Job Description:

The Sr People Analytics & Insights Manager is responsible for supporting the organization's People and Workforce initiatives using a broad range of data sources, analytical methods, and business approaches to deliver actionable recommendations to executive sponsors. This role provides broad analytical support by leading initiatives to dissect and structure a wide range of complex business problems, extracting, integrating and analyzing data from a variety of sources, applying facts/data to derive a conclusion, and constructing presentations that distill complex analytical findings into communications that are intended to inform and influence decisions related to policy, procedure, and business practices.

Job Responsibility:

Perform data mining, analysis and modeling to drive business insights
Ensure data accuracy and integrity while working with HR systems and tools
Work with other teams and align with key partners
Lead process improvement and manage projects
Present complex and customized analytical findings
Develop executive level presentations and present complex and customized analytical findings
Lead cross-functional improvement initiatives
Develop analysis plan and complete them independently for complex projects

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Quantitative, Business or computer-related field such as mathematics, econometrics, statistics, operations research, or computer science
7+ years in related analyst work experience
Skilled in SQL, database management, MS Office
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
