Job Description:

Perform duties related to press tool design; coordinate with production teams; engage in design and tool manufacturing processes. Candidates should exhibit effective management skills, communication abilities, and technical proficiency.

Job Responsibility:

Independently designing of press tools like Blanking, Piercing, Forming, Bending
Independently Designing of Progressive press Tools
Executing of Drawings and Bill of Materials
Creation of Final Drawings for Final Machining Detail, Assembly Detail
Creation of Bill of Materials for Raw material, Individual Components and Assembly
Lead all activities of tool design and development from conceptual through detail phases, including post-design support
Perform component feasibility studies and involvement in quoting tool costs
Design die layouts for RFQ purpose
Solve manufacturing and tryout problems
Feasibility details of part design/ Part Assemblies
Making 2D and 3D Model
Able to guide the team members
Communicating with the Engineer and Manager to determine technical requirements

Requirements:

Diploma in Tool and die making / Post Diploma in tool design (NTTF / CITD / IGTR / CIPET )/BE with press tool design experience
Experience 2-4 years on press tool design
UGNX
AutoCAD Mechanical
MS Office
Candidate should have knowledge in GD & T
Knowledge in Tool Manufacturing and press part defects
Should be able to read customer drawings
Should know the design analysis
Effective management, technical and supervisory skills
Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Good Communication, Planning & Coordination

Nice to have:

Start work immediately is an advantage
