Job Description:

The role involves handling various responsibilities related to property accounting. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who are proficient in property accounting and are seeking to apply their skills in a dynamic work environment.

Job Responsibility:

Handle the accounting and financial reporting for property accounts
Ensure timely and accurate reporting of all financial data related to property
Perform balance sheet reconciliations and journal entries related to property accounts
Collaborate with other team members to ensure all property-related transactions are accurately recorded
Implement and maintain internal controls for property accounting processes
Assist with the preparation of financial reports and statements
Provide support during audits by preparing necessary documentation and explanations related to property accounts
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations in handling property accounts
Analyze financial information to identify trends, variances, and areas of improvement in property accounting
Contribute to the continuous improvement of property accounting processes and practices

Requirements:

Must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in Property Accounting
Proven knowledge and experience in the field of property accounting
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Strong proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial statements
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required
Familiarity with property management software is a plus
