Robert Half is looking for a Sr Software Engineer to be part of their team in Santa Clara, CA. The role involves working in a dynamic environment that demands strategic thinking, team collaboration, and the ability to act as a liaison between the design and development teams.

Job Responsibility:

Utilize key technologies such as Angular, HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript in engineering tasks
Engage in hands-on development activities, which account for approximately 30% of job duties
Develop and execute strategies to optimize software engineering processes
Foster team alignment on project goals and deliverables
Act as a bridge between the design and development teams, facilitating effective communication and collaboration
Contribute to UX/UI Design and implement UX strategies to enhance user experience

Requirements:

Proficiency in JavaScript programming
Extensive experience in UX strategy formulation and implementation
Demonstrable skill in UX/UI Design, including creating user-friendly interfaces
Solid background in Software Engineering, with a focus on developing, testing, and debugging software applications
In-depth understanding and application of software engineering principles and practices
Proven ability to lead a team of entry level software engineers
