Job Description:

This position will involve managing financial transactions and ensuring the accuracy of financial records.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable operations
Assist in the closure of financial periods
Monitor the company's cash flow and prepare bank reconciliations
Ensure that all records and documentation are maintained accurately
Collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external auditors
Undertake additional accounting-related tasks
Utilize software such as Microsoft Excel and accounting ERP
Maintain the general ledger and assist with balance sheet reconciliations
Ensure all account reconciliations are completed efficiently and accurately
Manage the month-end close process

Requirements:

Proficiency in Account Reconciliation
Must have experience in Balance Sheet Reconciliation
Expertise in conducting Bank Reconciliations
Solid understanding of General Ledger management
Capability to manage Journal Entries effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Experience with Month End Close procedures
Familiarity with NetSuite software
Oracle software experience
Knowledge of SAP software
