Job Description:

We are in search of a Staff Accountant / Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team in Spokane, Washington. As an integral part of our team, your focus will be on managing our financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments. You will be called upon to use your knowledge and skills in a variety of accounting software systems and financial services to ensure accuracy and efficiency in our operations.

Job Responsibility:

Operate and manage computerized accounting systems to record, track, and evaluate financial information
Handle the full cycle of accounting duties or supervise others in the completion of such tasks
Use Microsoft Excel to organize financial data and create reports
Oversee the correct and timely processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable
Perform financial analysis, such as cash flow analysis to forecast future financial trends
Use Accounting Software Systems and ADP - Financial Services to ensure accurate financial reporting
Use Great Plains (GPAC) software for various accounting functions
Contribute to the preparation of the annual budget
Maintain an organized and streamlined accounting system
Deal with any financial discrepancies or issues, resolving them in a timely and accurate manner

Requirements:

A minimum of 1 year experience as a Staff Accountant or Full Charge Bookkeeper
Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
Experience with ADP - Financial Services is required
Familiarity with Computerized Accounting Systems
Knowledge of Great Plains (GPAC) software is a plus
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
Ability to manage various Accounting Functions
Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP)
Experience in managing Accounts Receivable (AR)
Ability to develop and manage the Annual Budget
Proficiency in Cash Flow Analysis

Nice to have:

Knowledge of Great Plains (GPAC) software
