Job Description:

This role is pivotal in our team, where you will be handling customer applications, maintaining precise customer records, and resolving customer inquiries. Moreover, you will be tasked with monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate actions when necessary.

Job Responsibility:

Keeping track and maintaining precise customer credit records
Resolving customer inquiries in a timely and detail-oriented manner
Monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary actions
Performing month-end closing procedures and postings
Undertaking balance sheet reconciliations
Handling general ledger duties
Ensuring accounting procedures are adhered to and implemented correctly
Assisting in the development and implementation of new accounting systems and processes
Collaborating with other accounting staff and departments to resolve accounting issues and discrepancies

Requirements:

Knowledge and expertise in General Ledger management is required
Proficiency in Month End Close procedures is necessary
Demonstrated ability in Balance Sheet Reconciliation is essential
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field is required
Detail oriented
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role is necessary
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability
High level of integrity and dependability
