Job Description:

As a Staff Accountant, you will be tasked with a variety of accounting duties, such as processing financial information, preparing reports, and ensuring accuracy in our financial records. This role is pivotal in the successful execution of month-end close procedures and maintaining our general ledger.

Job Responsibility:

Analyze financial information and compile it to post entries to our general ledger accounts
Oversee bank reconciliation activity daily
Report and analyze daily cash flow
Review purchase requisitions
Work cross-departmentally with various teams
Prepare monthly account reconciliations
Process payroll journals
Audit and review corporate card expenses
Perform account analysis
Record monthly food inventory balances and transfers between locations

Requirements:

Degree in Accounting
1-3 years accounting experience
Large ERP, not just QuickBooks
US GAAP knowledge
Good tenure
