Job Description:

This role will involve various accounting tasks, including payroll preparation, account reconciliation, and financial reporting. The position is within the industry, where you will have the chance to work alongside experienced professionals and contribute to our mission.

Job Responsibility:

Play a significant role in processing bi-weekly payroll and addressing related queries and issues
Conduct regular bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial reporting
Manage transactions by receiving and recording vouchers, cash, and checks while maintaining meticulous records
Foster effective communication and relationship-building with management, customers, and vendors
Uphold the confidentiality of sensitive information, demonstrating professionalism and integrity
Generate weekly and monthly financial reports, contributing to the timely dissemination of accurate financial information
Ensure the accuracy of reports, projects, and postings, promptly resolving any discrepancies
Oversee state licensure requirements, ensuring compliance within the accounting function
Support in various accounting and clerical tasks as needed

Requirements:

Proficient in handling Accounts Payable (AP)
Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR)
Ability to perform Bank Reconciliations
Knowledge of General Ledger maintenance
Skilled in preparing Journal Entries
Familiarity with Month End Close procedures
Experience in Full Cycle Payroll processing
Knowledge of Multi-state Payroll regulations and procedures
