Job Description:

We are in search of a Staff Accountant to become a part of our client's team. Located in Collierville, Tennessee, this role involves ensuring accurate and efficient financial operations within our organization. As a Staff Accountant, you will have a crucial role in managing financial data, from processing payments to reconciling bank statements.

Job Responsibility:

Accurately process and record transactions in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
Perform bank reconciliations to ensure financial data accuracy
Maintain and manage the General Ledger
Prepare and post Journal Entries as required
Conduct Month End Close activities, ensuring financial data is accurate and up-to-date
Utilize NetSuite, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP to manage and analyze financial data
Regularly review customer accounts and take necessary actions

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Staff Accountant role or similar position
Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) management
Demonstrated ability to perform Bank Reconciliations accurately
Solid understanding of General Ledger maintenance
Experience in preparing and posting Journal Entries
Familiarity with Month End Close procedures
Working knowledge of NetSuite and Oracle financial software
Proficiency in QuickBooks software
Experience with SAP software is a plus
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred

Nice to have:

Experience with SAP software
